24/7 Distribution Group LLC – Terms and Conditions
Any guarantee offered to a client, including its conditions, is set out in the client’s signed Marketplace Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) and applies only as written there. Under the Performance Guarantee, if the client has met all conditions in the Agreement, including completing onboarding, for the first sixteen (16) months after the Start Date, and the storefront has not recouped the Consulting Fees by the end of that period, 24/7 Distribution Group LLC will waive its Performance Fee from that point until the Consulting Fees are recouped. All other fees remain due as stated in the Agreement.
